The Catherine Putman Gallery specializes in works on paper by contemporary artists: drawings, photographs and prints.
Located on the edge of the Marais in the Centre Pompidou district, the gallery is located upstairs, in a space that enjoys an intimate atmosphere and adapted to the presentation of works on paper.
Directed for more than ten years by Éléonore Chatin, the gallery regularly works with its historical artists: Geneviève Asse, Pierre Buraglio, Georg Baselitz, Jean Messagier, Georges Noël, Sophie Ristelhueber, Georges Rousse, Agathe May and Bernard Moninot.
She has also opened up to new collaborations with Keita Mori, Carmen Perrin, Frédéric Poincelet, Frédéric Malette and Éloïse Van der Heyden.
At the same time, the gallery retains its activity as an art publisher initiated by Jacques and Catherine Putman in the 70s.
