Presentation of the gallery
Dilecta is a publishing house and gallery specializing in contemporary art. The gallery space, opened in 2015, hosts five exhibitions a year. Some testify to the diversity of the artists' projects in our catalogue, others aim to defend the work of artists with whom we feel close. Our attention is more focused on the promotion of artists who express themselves through works on paper, such as Mircea Cantor, Nicolas Dhervillers, Alice Gauthier, Mathilde Lestiboudois or Eva Medin. We are committed to continuing our support for graphic design.
Presentation of the artist in focus
This year's Drawing Now will focus on the work of Caroline Corbasson, and her research around the ambivalent nature of knowledge and how scientific discoveries have renewed our understanding of the world. The corpus presented will consist of charcoal drawings and vinyl inks on paper, and will unfold like a cartography of celestial bodies in motion, between infinitely small and infinitely large. Echoing this, Alice Gauthier's work will take a more grounded look at the earthly and Marco Perego's graphite work will take us into an introspective universe.
